The Meritt Condominium project in Trianon consisted of the construction of 116 residential apartments in five blocks, a club house, site works and an ancillary-services building. It was the first condominium in Mauritius “boasting hotel-style living, every day of the year”.
The project was started in August 2009 and completed in February 2012, with Prodesign providing M&E services. The project was led by Mr Naresh Sewdin.
