Residence Ilot Fortier is an IRS residential project consisting of a villa of 6 apartments namely Villa Type A - Duplex Unit, Villa Type B on Ground Floor and First Floor, Villa Type C on Ground Floor and First Floor and Penthouse.
Prodesign is appointed to provide all MEP Services. This project consists of providing consultancy services for two villas of around 1600m2 and 400m2 at Anahita, Beau Champ. The private villas are spacious and luxurious, with landscape pools, pergolas, sauna and hammam.
