Prodesign was appointed as MEP consultants on the construction project of the Avalon Golf Estate. The project will include open spaces, sports facilities and amenities, and a variety of villas.
The estate currently includes 18 holes championship golf course, 22m heated swimming pool, tennis courts, football pitch, beach volleyball, petanque, children’s corner, game room. Prodesign’s M&E engineers have also worked on the Wellness Centre at Avalon, called ‘The Bodhi’.
