KOKI Bay Resort is a high quality boutique hotel comprising a total of 88 units (3 three bedroom Villas Prestige, 13 three bedroom Villa Luxe, 24 two bedroom family Apartments, 4 two bedroom Penthouses and 44 Studios.
The team was engaged in coordinating all infrastructural and site MEP works on Revit for the Koki Bay IHS project. The developer, BR Property Ltd, has entrusted Prodesign with creating a sustainable project and obtaining LEED green building certification.
