Phase I, completed in October 2012, included some 150,000 square metres of food stores, restaurants, food outlets, a five-screen multiplex cinema, retail outlets, 5,000 square metres of grade A office space, 64 luxury RES apartments, 28 premium duplex-type apartments and a gymnasium, tennis courts and a swimming pool. The site also includes 600 underground parking bays and more than 500 open air parking spaces. Prodesign provided full MEP services and set up a dedicated team, based at La Croisette, for effective supervision. In 2017, we designed an additional office block and a tower of high level RES apartments.
