The shop at Queen Street, Port-Louis, was the first one opened by the founder, Mr Emmanuel Li Wan Po. Prodesign was appointed as MEP consultant for the complete remodelling and upgrading of the commercial building into a modern and functional retail outlet. The four-storey building also houses a food outlet/coffee area as well as their warehouse.
Prodesign’s team of MEP consultants have designed practical and efficient working systems for the building. A renovation project is always more complex as it involves retrofitting new systems and equipment in older buildings. Our project managers and technical coordinators were on site, working closely with the client during and after completion of the refurbishment to ensure correct implementation of building services.
