The phase 1 of Victoria House consisted of building a 12 storey building at corner St Louis and Line Barracks Street Port-Louis.

At that time, Mr Vikramsing Bhujun was in charge of this project. It has lasted two years where it was started in 1998 and completed in 2000. The phase 2 was for the extension of the Victoria House. This 12 storeys building now housed governments and parastatal offices. The 2nd phase was started in 2006 and completed in 2007. This time, Mr Vinobah Dhondee was the team leader. We provided full M&E design and supervision services.
