SICOM is one of the largest insurance companies in Mauritius and the 13-storey SICOM Tower, located in the Ebene Cybercity, is its latest high-tech building.
A green approach has been taken to the design, reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainability. LED lighting has been extensively used and a number of other green initiatives employed in the services’ engineering systems. Prodesign MEP engineers worked within a tight schedule to provide full design and tendering documents and we also managed the MEP packages for the shell and core development. The project was handed over in September 2014.
