This project comprised of the construction of a Grade A office tower at a prime location in the Cybercity of about 49200 sqm for Max Properties Ltd. This building consisted of 13 storey.

The project has already been completed. The Cybercity 1 is the most tallest building In Ebene. MaxCity Properties has over 25 years’ experiences in property development in Mauritius and has an unmatched a profound knowledge of the Mauritius property market. The work started in December 2007 and was completed in May 2010. We provided full design and supervision services for the shell and core areas.
