Newly refurbished VBO Sales Office at Bel Ombre

Having previously worked with Compagnie Sucrière de Bel Ombre for the renovation of Le Château de Bel Ombre, Prodesign was appointed again for the refurbishment of an existing building on the same estate to accommodate a new sales office for ‘Les Villas de Bel Ombre’ (VBO).
Prodesign’s team of MEP consultants have designed practical and efficient working systems for the new office. It is always a challenge to retrofit the new systems and equipment in existing buildings like these. Our M&E engineers and site coordinators have worked closely with the client during and after completion of the refurbishment to ensure correct implementation of building services. We have recently also undertaken a full asset survey for the VBO office to produce a fully detailed asset register for operating and maintaining the building.
