Maeva Tower
Office
Maeva Tower is one of the latest additions to the Ebene Cybercity skyline. It was designed and built for the developer, Michel Chan Sui Ko, on a tight budget and schedule.
Prodesign services included MEP design, vertical transportation studies and lift planning, a smoke extraction system, energy analysis and modelling. The shell and core development were completed in July 2014.
Prodesign was also appointed to design and supervise fit-out installation works for several of the building’s major clients/tenants, including Banque des Mascareignes. The main challenge for Prodesign was to able to provide a flexible shell and core installation to which tenants could easily connect, whatever their requirements.
