When our long-term client won the bid to rent fully fitted office spaces for the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the National Development Unit in Citadelle Mall, nobody realised that this would be the one of the most challenging fit-out operations ever.

The two departments rented a total of about 64,000 square feet of bare office space – which they needed fully fitted in only three months. There was no extra time allowed as they had already given notice to their existing landlord. Acting as both project manager and MEP consultants, Prodesign proved it was up to the task, however impossible it seemed, and delivered the project on time. We managed the whole team, the procurement exercise and a myriad of direct contractors and suppliers, with the design, installation and commissioning all done in exactly three months. Both ministries are now happily settled in their new offices.
