Fit-Out Works for Kalexius Office at Nex Tower Ebene

The Kalexius office is located at the heart of Ebene, on the 5th floor of the Nex Tower. Kalexius is an international provider of legal services and this project was for their branch in Mauritius.
Prodesign was appointed in 2018 to provide MEP Consultancy services for the fit-out works of this new facility. Our M&E engineers worked on the design of efficient systems for this modern office which required maximum functionality.
The MEP services provided were:
- Hot and cold-water supply
- General ventilation
- Kitchen ventilation
- Toilet ventilation
- LV distribution
- General lighting
- General LV power
- Unlimited power supply (UPS)
- Emergency lighting
- Data transmission
- Access control
- Security detection and alarm
- Fire detection and alarm
- Powder fire fighting
Prodesign collaborated as MEP consultants to provide shell and core services for the Nex Tower and it is always a pleasure for our M&E and building services engineers to work on the fit out works for offices occupying the Nex Tower. We have been appointed for the fit-out works of various offices for global firms such as Kalexius, SD Works and Accenture.
