Fit Out of New Offices for SD Worx Ltd in NEX Tower at Ebene

Pro-Design Engineering Consultants Ltd was appointed in June 2018 by SD Worx to provide MEP consultancy for the fit out works of its new offices in Nex Tower at Ebene. The fit out works project occupied three floors with a gross letting area of approximately 3,500 sqm.
Prodesign provided a dedicated team of MEP consultants to work on the following services:
- General LV power
- LV distribution
- Structured cabling system
- Fire detection and alarm
- Firefighting system
- CCTV
- Access control
- Earthing and bonding
Prodesign’s M&E engineering services also consisted of the design for precision air conditioning and gaseous fire fighting for the server room. Before handing over of the SD Worx project, our multidisciplinary MEP consultants inspected and verified the rectifications of defects.
The MEP consultancy resulted in a ready-to-go workspace that could be easily adapted and refined to suit business needs and changes. We are proud to have been able to successfully complete the fit out works for the new offices of SD Worx within five months’ time and by meeting the client’s expectations.
