1 Cybercity Phase 2
Office
Prodesign was appointed for the design of Phase 2 of 1Cybercity, a Grade A office in a prime location in Ebene Cybercity. Phase 1 was completed in December 2007 and it is recognized as a landmark in the Ebene Cybercity landscape. Naturally, the client came to us for this extension as Phase 1 was a resounding success.
Prodesign provided a dedicated team of building services engineers to work on the following services of Phase 1: lifts, standby generator, plumbing, drainage, ventilation, normal power and standby generation, fire and protection systems, security and network installation, external lighting and site services, BMS and CCTV.
For Phase 2, our M&E engineers provided full design and contract administration services for the shell and core areas. Our MEP Consultants started working on this project in February 2016 and the project was successfully delivered in November 2018.
