Prodesign has been working with Rogers Capital since 2005 where our MEP consultants were engaged in the various projects at the Rogers House, Port Louis. To date we have completed 8 MEP Consultancy projects for the Group.
Our MEP Consultancy services have ranged from the replacement of lifts, the upgrading of the HT network and standby generators , the full M&E design and supervision for a new cafeteria, the review of the existing electrical and air conditioning installations and the M&E design and supervision for the coordination of airport equipment (baggage scales, scanners).
Prodesign’s team was appointed again by Rogers Capital after the successful chain of project delivery to provide MEP consultancy services for its refurbishment. The works consisted of the fit out works on the ground floor, first floor and the second floor. The renovation works were started in August 2018. Our MEP Consultants provided electrical installation for the general lighting system and the VRV system on the ground floor while on the first and second floors, the M&E engineers undertook the HVAC split system.
Prodesign’s M&E engineers were able to work closely with the team leaders to provide engineering and inspection systems which function effectively. The building was completed in December 2018.
