Prodesign was appointed in 2016 to carry out a condition survey of the various M&E engineering installations and related assets, which involved visual inspections and non-destructive testing to assess their physical, operational and maintenance condition. The survey also included a review of utility consumption and discussions with the Maintenance Manager, leading to the presentation of key findings and recommendations.

After the successful completion of the condition survey, Prodesign was appointed to fast-track the renovation of the hotel, providing full MEP design and supervision for existing infrastructure, additional rooms, new gym, new bar, new restaurant and a kid’s club.
