In June 2010, Prodesign hired Tony Trinick, a leading UK consultant, to review the organisation. The firm has since reviewed its structure, making it more open to change and encouraging innovation, not least through promoting bi-directional communication and flexible work roles. This new structure has enhanced work quality and raised staff morale and team spirit.
